Confirmed: Gadis Lokap Is Melayu
My friends in places of varying heights were right:
The woman at the centre of the controversial naked video-clip which sparked public outrage against the police turned out to be a Malay Malaysian. [Malaysiakini: She's a local Malay; subscription required]

Yes they are all probably paid to lie so that the police is the one who can get away.
