Samy Says Fuck Off
Samy Vellu is in cracking form here:
The RM1.2bil Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Highway project will go on but Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu will meet repesentatives of the Sri Petaling residents to find a way to resolve their problems. The Works Minister however said that because the highway was on Government land, compensation was out of the question for the residents who complained that the walls of their houses cracked due to the construction works.
"We are not occupying the land. If we were to pay compensation, we would be setting a bad precedent," he told newsmen after meeting Finland’s foreign trade and development minister Mari Kiviniemi at his office here yesterday. [The Star: Samy to meet Sri Petaling reps]
Samy is wrong, for if we were take his argument to its logical conclusion, then the Government can get away with just about anything.
In any case, what Samy is saying here is that the houses can crumble to pieces for all he cares, because all he's interested in is protecting the highway contractors.

Aisehman,
Best put "Fuck Off" within quotes, as a good contextual practice.

Dear Samy, look up on the following topic before you open your sewer mouth!
Duty Of Care
Obligation that a sensible person would use in the circumstances when acting towards others and the public. If the actions of a person are not made with watchfulness, attention, caution, and prudence, their actions are considered negligent. Consequently, the resulting damages may be claimed as negligence in a lawsuit.
Perhaps, he is like many other ministers, thinks that being ministers (prime or minor) makes them above the law

Take the `mini' stir to court -sure there were some precedents on such compensations arising from adjacent property -especially earth work.
